My Couchsurfing profile is finished
I had stopped using Couchsurfing to hit on girls for a while now since my name was visible and googleable, but I have used it to ask questions about the local scene. Well a Danish girl I met a year ago just left a negative feedback that means I probably can’t do that anymore. This is in addition to Estonian guys stalking all my posts in the groups section. Quote: This is the first time I leave a negative reference on CS. Usually I wouldn’t be bothered but in this case I want to prepare people, especially women who meet Roosh in the future. His purpose of meeting me, I found out, was connected to his book project. Roosh travels to countries and writes books on how to bang (fuck) women in those places. He was awkwardly flirtatious with me and I guess when he found out that I was in a relationship he told me about his pseudo sexual anthropologist project. I nevertheless tried to be curious about it, but he appeared incredibly shallow and simply not a pleasant person to be with. He also criticized a lot the place I took him to, which was an alternative cafe where I am a volunteer. It’s fair enough that he doesn’t like the place, but his attitude wasn’t cool and he was very judgmental about the people being there. I’m not saying he’s a bad person but women should watch out in particular as he has an altereal motive. CS shouldn’t be used for this She forgot to mention that she agreed to come back to my place. I cooked hamburgers for her and this is how the bitch repays me. We hung out for about 4 hours or so, but I’m “awkward” and “judgemental” and “shallow” though! I didn’t make a move because there was only a “cultural exchange” vibe. She’s right though I did criticize the place she took me… there was a guy without shoes dressed in a pink dress reading poetry. I made a joke about it but I guess she didn’t like that. Danish girl: “I’m going to take this American guy to watch a cross dressing man read poetry about his feelings.” American man: “Yeah I’m not digging this… where do you think he got that dress from it seems too big.” Danish girl: “You judgemental asshole!! One year later negative revisionist feedback for you!” Sensitive Danes..

Place with the best food
I like traveling for the girls, the culture and the food. Trying different flavors, spices makes me learn more about the culture of the place that I am in. I like NYC for the variety and because you could try almost any cuisine in the world in the same city. I don’t like DC’s food options, just the “Greek Deli”, the best greek food that I have tried so far, on 18th between L and M, if I remember correctly. In Lisbon I had “Pastei do belem”, they claim to be the only place with the recipe, a sweet dessert. So my question for you guys, where is the place where you have eaten the best?

Any Black Members on Here Gone to Paraguay?
Paraguay has been my country of choice since 2008, but I have never been. My only problem is I can’t find shit on Paraguayan girls. The women are beautiful (I have seen pics). They look like Costa Rican girls. The skin tone of the women is really light honey and not indigenous like Mexican women. Anyway, any black men on here ever explored this place? Any information is appreciated.

Another Bogota Data Sheet
Theres already a lot of great info about Bogota on the forum, so this sheet wont be too extensive but will inform you guys of some cool places that I went and people I met during my month long stay there. There seems to be two places that most people stay in while in Bogota; Zona Rosa/Parque 93 and Candelaria, however, I found another cool barrio to stay in (I think member Ajiaco mentioned it before) and that is CHAPINERO. This is a cool neighbourhood with a good amount of cafes, bars and small clubs, it also has a very large student population and is home to several Spanish language schools. Chapinero is the LGBT neighborhood of Bogota, so that may put some guys off, I thought it added to the eclectic, funky mix that makes the area so cool. Lots of trendy clothing stores, tailors, dance schools, tattoo parlours, etc. I spent most of my time between carerra 7 and Avenida Caracas (do not venture west of Caracas after dark unless you want to get stabbed by a tranny hooker!) east to west and calles 50 to 72 north to south. In a previous thread (Flying to Bogota tomorrow, any pointers?), I had asked if anyone knew if Bogota had a metal or skateboard scene, no one got back to me on that one (although the other info was mint) but I am happy to report to my fellow punk rocker metal heads, Bogota is HEAVY METAL HEAVEN!!!!! Many times I saw hot girls walking down the street wearing Slayer or Misfits tees, if you like to wear leather, spikes, long hair, etc, you will not be out of place in this town! Bogota is also home to ROCK AL PARQUE, a 3 day out door, FREE metal concert in July, Im thinking of coming back just to go! Bogota doesnt have a big hip hop scene, I met only one rap fan, more on him later. I honestly didnt do too much partying in Bogota, my main goal was school and studying Spanish. The BEST place to go out in Chapinero is calle 51 and septima, theres about 6 bars right on this one block, I forget all the names but one is called Guadelaupe, another Suko and Colombia Beer House (I think), anyway, go there on a Friday afternoon at 1700 and you will see a a tonne of Bogota uni students getting pissed drunk, good times! I went out a couple other nights for a few pints in Zona Rosa area (nothing special, Bogota Beer Company and an Irish Pub, both nice but a bit pricey), same deal in Parque 93, nothing too crazy. However, I am happy to report that I went to both Andres Carne de Res , the one in Zona Rosa and the one in Chia (again props to G for the recommendation). The one in ZR is 5 levels and the one in Chia is one level but very long, they are both awesome experiences; lots of singing, dancing, eating and drinking. Not a cheap place to go (taxi cost 80K one way to Chia) but I would say its money well spent and an experience I wont soon forget! I dont think anyone else on here has wrote about Bogota´s red light district, or ¨Zona de tolerencia¨ called Sante Fe, but I checked it out, so heres the deal: this place is fucking rough boys, dont go there alone and if youre rolling in a group, make sure one guy speaks decent Spanish (best to have a local tour guide, more on that later!). Basically its a run down part of town near centro full of strip joints, hookers and other various riff raff and dregs of society. I never saw a person sniffing solvents out of a bag until I went there and that chick was standing beside a teeny bopper prostitute who couldnt have been over 15, I dont really like seeing that kind of shit. We did go into a few strip clubs and they are fukcing wild (well compared to what Im used to back home), the strippers take guys outta the crowd onto the stage and suck them off and fuck them infront of everyone, for free! Also, they have rooms upstairs and you can screw these chicks (some are VERY hot) for 50K, I didnt partake but its definitely available and in your face. Also, seen quite a few people doing bumps in the washrooms, so that gear is definitely available too. So the only hip hop head I met in Bogota is a super cool brother named Sio who runs the New Era barber shop in Chapinero (calle 55 10-92), he speaks perfect English because he grew up in Jackson Heights NYC and moved to Bogota 3 years ago. The walls of his shop are plastered with pics of hip hop legends and the shop is always blasting Biggie, Wu Tang, Mobb Deep, etc. He took me out to Sante Fe and introduced me to a tailor, showed me around Chapinero and helped me out a lot when I needed help with English Spanish stuff and of course gave me a nice haircut for 8K. If any of you guys are in Bogota and need an English speaking guy to help you out, go to his shop, just tell him your friend from Nova Scotia sent you, he´s expecting you guys! About the girls, basically everything on this forum and in Bang Colombia about the Rola women is true, I actually had a good time with the ones I met. I relied soley on internet through colombia cupid, not the best talent but I met some nice chicks, got to practice my Spanish a lot and ended up shagging two. You can find English speaking girls here but speaking Spanish WILL definitely make your experience much more enjoyable! I REALLY like Bogota, its a super cool city with loads of interesting sites to see, things to do and good nightlife, its definitely a cosmopolitan city. However, the weather can be shitty (lots of rain but as a Canadian I liked the more mild temps) and pollution from cars takes getting used to. People say that its dirty (some parts are for sure) but for my first South American city, I thought it was rather clean and I actually like graffiti murals everywhere. The richer parts of the city (ZR, Parque 93, Unicentro) and nicer and cleaner than many cities in NA/Europe that I’ve been to and the people are very well dressed and seem very well to do. If you’re thinking of going to Colombia, I highly recommend Bogota and all of the touristic sites as well (Montseratte, Botero and Oro museums, Andres, etc). adios!

Volgograd, Russia
Ok, here is a gift for you guys. The city with the most beautiful girls, ever. I can tell you, without risking of it getting overrun, cause it is so difficult to go there, even I doubt to ever go there again soon … And if I go there again, I would plan an extended stay, cause this is not a same night lay place. I was there in June 2010 for a couple of days. Beautiful girls!! I couldn’t believe it. The girls are always dressed up with dresses and high heels, always. Just sitting around in the center I saw more 10s in an hour than in a year in Genoa. One club has to be mentioned particularly: “ Mojo night club ”, (outside the city centre), I went there on a Friday, there were several girls for every guy, and they were beautiful dressed, and just amazingly good looking, no comparison to any other place I had ever been in my whole life! I thought it was too good to be true, I though they are pro’s, also because they were all smiling, and so easy to approach, and they gave you the hand within minutes; but they wouldn’t kiss me!! I ended up in the same situation several times during the night! They were very suspicious why I went to this city in the middle of nowhere. They all begged me to take their number, but no same night lays. One girl brought me to a breakfast place after the club, drove with the taxi to my place, but didn’t get out of the taxi, just drove on to her place. (One girl approached us in the beginning, she was the least good looking one, I still think she might have been a hooker, but not the others. Probably they were looking rather for long term benefits.) I also went to a couple of clubs in the city centre next to the Volga river, but they were nothing compared to the “Mojo”: some beachbars, “velvet bar” (rather small), “piranhya” (techno). There was also “disco cuba” (salsa) and “golden night” nearby, but I didn’t go there. “Vosk club” (never been inside), “Amsterdam” (close to the superman shopping centre, quite good) were also only a couple of minutes away. A little bit further was the “Callypso” (ok, nothing special). My 40 year old friend banged a nice girl he met on the internet.

Evolution Phase Shift- useful for travel
OK, I’m thinking this should be really useful, especially in a context where a language barrier exists (knowing some of the language but not full command of it). Here is the original version, then below it is my version adapted for travel. Here it is: 1. I tell her that she smells good and ask what she is wearing. Then I lean in, brush her hair aside, and sniff her slowly, moving up from the shoulder to the ear. “Mmmm, that smells good. People don’t pay enough attention to smell. But you’ll notice how animals, before they mate, will always smell each other. Evolution has hard-wired us to respond to certain things. You are wired to respond when someone smells you.” 2. “It’s like when someone pulls the back of your hair. You’ll notice how lions, when they mate, always bite and tug at the end of each other’s mane, right here.” (Since I’m shaved bald, I’ll add here, “This is what I miss the most about not having hair”; if you have hair, say, “This is one of my favorite things”.) Then I run my hand up the back of her neck and grab a fistful of hair at the roots and pull it, downwards. She says “Mmmm…” And I say “see.” 3. Then I talk about how “No one knows this, but the most sensitive places on the body are places that are usually hidden from contact with the air, like the back of the elbow (touching it) and knee (touching it). Any place where your body bends, twists, or folds, there are millions of sensitive little nerve endings that release endorphins. Then I take her arm, bend it a little, and erotically bite the area on the opposite side of the elbow (that crease where it bends). She usually gets the chills, and I have her ratify how good it feels. [Note for the less experienced: If you don't know how to erotically bite a girl, learn before you do this. You want to take a big chunk of skin -- not a little pinch! – and slowly and firmly slide your teeth together until they meet and release the skin. You may want to practice on your own elbow first.] 4. After, I say, “But do you know what the best thing in the world is?…A bite…right…here.” And I point to the side of my neck. (Every now and then, I’ll add, that “this has to do with the fact that it is where the jugular vein is most exposed, and since most sexual fantasies have to do with submission and vulnerability, it sends all the fantasy signals flying.”) Then I’ll expose my neck and say, “Bite me right here” as if I expect her to do it. Fifty percent of the time she will. If she doesn’t, I just turn away calmly (punish), wait a few seconds, and then turn back and repeat, “Bite me right here.” Usually she will. 5. Half the time, her bite is lame. If so, I correct her and say, “That’s not how you bite. Come here.” Then I give her a good bite on the neck and instruct her to “try again.” This time, she ALWAYS does a great job. 6. Now you look her in the eye, smile mischievously/approvingly, and say, very slowly, “not bad.” Then glance down at her mouth, back up at her eyes, and…yes…finally…you…may…if you want…and if she’s ready…um…kiss! Short Version: smell, grab hair, touch elbow, touch back of knee, bite elbow, bite my neck, bite her neck, triangular gazing, kiss. —————————————— Adapted for travel (first date, sitting on a park bench) smell + simple compliment (You smell nice. Few people understand the power of natural things such as smell.) grab hair + compliment (Not only is smell important, but other natural things such as hair. You ever watch lions? They’re always pulling on each other’s hair. A beautiful lioness has strong hair.) triangular gazing, kiss. (Yes the adapted compliments are short..but they have to be simple enough for me to say them in her native language.)

Homesickness - There is no place like home?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homesickness Today I met two well-traveled older men , and our chat brought me to write this topic. They say that a man is forever tied to his homeland. It’s not unusual to hear , even from guys who are used to the expat life for a long time , that they always feel like outsiders , even though they love their current country and considerer it way better than their place of birth in terms of quality of life , economy and even women. “You feel like if a piece of you was missing” one said. “There’s no place like home” ” You can achieve happiness and sucess living in a foreign “paradise” for long years, but at some point down the road you will eventually miss home.” “We have an intrinsec bond to our land” True ?
